FAQ – Here you will learn, among other things, what personalisation is, how long does it take to complete an order and for what occasion you can order a game.
Personalised video games
The game is an adventure RPG with horror and comedy elements. We currently offer 1 scenario, which is personalised by the elements you enter in the form.

In order for the gameplay to be fully customised for the recepient, we include the following elements in the game:
– The character of the recepient and other loved ones (maximum of 6 characters in addition to the main character).
– The appearance of the recepient’s character created from uploaded photos.
– The recepient’s nickname.
– Cover of the game created on the basis of uploaded photos (in case of ordering the Boxed Version)
– Wishes included in the game and (in case of the Box Edition) on the back of the cover.
– Logic puzzles that include uploaded photos and information such as the recipient’s date of birth and the occasion for which the gift is being created.
– Quiz with 4. questions and answers.
– Name of the 4th trophy.
– The name of the weapon for fighting zombies.
– Snacks and drinks.
– Sayings for reactions of happiness, fear or surprise.
– Sayings for specific interactions with objects or events such as: party, closet of clothes, titles of imaginary books, objects, reaction to the date of the occasion.
All customisable elements are included in the order form. The scenario of the game is one, but thanks to our flexible storyline we are able to create a unique, touching and well-personalized adventure to make the recipient feel special.
Motorcyclist – the ordering person.
Butcher – any close person.
Doctor – any close person.
Firefighter 2 – any close person.
Dog or cat – any close person.
Boss – any person the gifted person is not fond of.
No, the characters are an integral part of the game, and they also provide an additional puzzle. The recipient will have to guess who the character is in your personalised game.
We create games in Polish, English and Spanish. When ordering, you choose a specific language version.
The game is designed for people aged 10 and older.
Depending on the player’s skill level, from 1 to 1.5 hours.
For every! Our games are given as gifts for birthdays, name days, anniversaries of engagements, weddings, the start of a relationship, Valentine’s Day, children’s day, women’s day, men’s day or Christmas.

Yes, you can purchase more than 1 game at a time. Each purchase gives you the opportunity to fill out the form once. If you buy 2 games, you will have the opportunity to fill out the form 2 times. To fill out the form a second time, go again to the link leading to the form you have in your email inbox.
If you have a voucher for a game from Exceptional Gift, Dream Catalog, or the Warsaw Museum of Computers and Games, press the button “I have a voucher” and send us the number and scan or photo of the voucher through this page. We will send further instructions in response.

Digital Edition – up to 4 working days from the moment we approve your personalization form. Once the game is completed, we will send a download link to the e-mail address provided in your order.
Box Edition – up to 6 working days from the moment we approve your personalization form + approx. 2 working days for delivery by the courier.
DIY Edition – up to 4 working days from the moment we approve your personalization form.

There may be exceptions (e.g., islands) due to high delivery costs.
You have 60 days to download the game from the provided link, after that time it will be inactive. Once downloaded, the game is available to you indefinitely.
For the browser-based version, you will lose access to it and the ability to play it in your browser after 60 days. However, you will still own the Windows version, which, once downloaded, is available indefinitely.
For the additional browser-based play option, all you need is internet access. The game should run on any device running Windows, Linux, or MacOS.

Yes, but only in the version that runs in a web browser. Simply purchase this option to enjoy 60-day access and the ability to play on any hardware. All you need is internet access.
(In addition to the version that runs in your browser, you will also receive a downloadable version for Windows as standard)
The game is designed exclusively for Windows computers and laptops or macOS, Linux (browser-based version).
Downloadable version for Windows
1. Rip the contents of the disc to your computer drive (in the case of the Box Edition) or download the game from the link sent to the order address provided in the order.
2. Extract the archive (.zip) with the game to a folder of your choice (the password for the file is included in the e-mail with the link to the game). For this we recommend using programs such as WinRar. 7Zip, Winzip.
3. After the extraction process is complete, launch the game with the Game.exe icon.
We also include a detailed installation process in pictorial form with each order.
Version to run in browser
1. Copy and paste into your web browser the link to the game that we sent you in an e-mail message
2. When you go to the page, a login window will appear. The login is your order number, and the password was entered by you in the form.
We recommend making sure that the game meets the minimum hardware requirements. Insufficient computer processing power may cause the game to stutter at certain points. In case of a recurring problem, please contact us by sending an e-mail to: orders@giftgames.store
A guide showing the completion of the entire game is included with each order (a link is included in the email along with the link to the game).
